Areas of responsibilities
- Main contact for our Scandinavian customers and distribution partners
- Build long-term relationships with our local customers in cooperation with the local sales team
- Order processing for the whole order process
- Handle consumer and customer complaints
Profile of qualification
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
- First experience in Sales or in Customer Service, preferably within an international environment
- Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish at native language level, as well as good English language skills
- Profound knowledge of MS Office
- Friendly and open-minded personality with high service orientation
